June 19, 2018 - Mortgage company creates illegal and fraudulent reinstatement quote for my past due loan by demanding an entire year's worth of not yet due payments (through June 1, 2019) in addition to the past due amount to reinstate the loan.
October 14, 2019 - Centre County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Pamela Ruest enters Summary Judgment in favor of a mortgage company with a well-known history of fraudulent foreclosure without granting him Due Process and allowing him the opportunity to be heard in the court hearing.
May 19, 2022 - After years of litigation (None of which was to hear the merits of the case), my pro-se challenge to this fraudulent judgment is refused to be heard by Centre County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Pamela Ruest as it would have exposed her blatant mistakes and her alleged illegal actions.
September 8, 2022 - The Centre County Sheriff's office under Sheriff Bryan Sampsel, fraudulently sold my home at the monthly Sheriff's Sale on the fraudulent foreclosure judgment despite the ADDITIONAL fraudulent Affidavit by the bank to sell the property brought to his attention prior to the sale. Not a generic, baseless accusation, but one that outlined chapter and verse exactly how it was fraudulent. The layers of fraud in this case are mind boggling, and MOST ALL of it is right there in public sheriff and court prothonotary records.
With a fraudulent foreclosure on my record, I cannot:
Purchase my own home sold at Sheriff Sale. The market value has gone up to the point that it is now over $100k more than when I purchased it. Yes, they are stealing a few hundred thousand dollar home from a 15-year veteran that has been FIGHTING TO EXERCISE HIS RIGHT TO PAY HIS MORTGAGE for FIVE YEARS!
Purchase another home. The fraudulent foreclosure precludes me from obtaining any mortgage now.
Renting another home. Even though I make really decent income as a computer professional with 27 years experience, and have a really good credit score (the foreclosure hasn't been entered on it yet) the fraudulent foreclosure precludes me from obtaining rentals as well. We applied for a one bedroom, take our kitchen table, couch and bed and put everything else in storage sized apartment, aptly priced at $800/mo, and was turned down as a credit risk due to the fraudulent foreclosure I had to disclose.
SO WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GO?
YOU HAVE SEEN AND HEARD OF THE CONTINUALLY GROWING ACTS OF CORRUPTION BY ELECTED OFFICIALS AND THE COURTS AT THE HIGHER LEVELS OF OUR COUNTRY. KNOW THAT THEY ARE HERE AT THE LOCAL LEVEL AS WELL.
